Szerencsejáték Zrt. is looking for a new Promotion Manager on a fixed-term, full-time contract. Your responsibilities will include tracking revenue targets, coordinating promotions, and planning sweepstakes.
Tasks
- tracking the achievement of revenue targets, supporting them through promotions, and formulating proposals
- preparing and presenting decision-making materials related to promotional activities, as well as end-to-end planning, coordination, and professional support for sweepstakes
- active participation in developing the KPI system related to promotions
- planning, coordination, and support of sales tasks related to promotions
- monitoring promotion processes, evaluating results, and formulating improvement proposals
- participation and recommendations in defining customer segmentation and promotional target groups
- liaising with professional departments and external partners
- evaluation of promotions, preparation of management summaries and presentations
- planning and coordinating customer satisfaction surveys regarding promotions
- managing projects and related tasks within your scope, preparing and executing the schedule
- participating in the review of submissions, regulations, and draft instructions

Requirements
- relevant higher education degree
- confident verbal and written communication skills
- relevant experience in planning and executing CRM campaigns, promotions, or sweepstakes
- data-driven mindset, ability to confidently interpret promotional performance metrics and draw business conclusions
- ability to develop creative promotional concepts that support business goals
- ability to work independently, accurately, and precisely
- you are a team player who also works effectively independently
- driven by responsibility, a solution-focused and results-oriented approach
- willingness to take on tasks requiring both creative and analytical thinking
- strong MS Office skills
