The Rheinmetall Group team in Zalaegerszeg is looking for an SAP Local Key User. Responsibilities for this position include processing orders from quotation to delivery, developing SAP SD module processes, and supporting sales and financial organizations in projects.
Tasks
- Processing orders from quotation and sales order to delivery
- Participation in the development and planning of SAP SD module processes
- Collaboration and coordination within processes
- Entering contract details into the SAP system
- Tracking parts for delivery readiness
- Proactive monitoring of the fulfillment of prerequisites, milestones, and process steps, and timely initiation of corrective actions when necessary
- Preparation and/or acquisition of necessary shipping documents
- Supporting sales, commercial, program, and financial organizations in projects
- Collaboration with the finance department in requesting and tracking guarantees, letters of credit, and financing instruments such as currency hedging and letters of credit (LoC)
- Reporting on operational issues to the head of the commercial department
- Preparing analytics and reports on SAP SD module processes
- Preparing sales forecasts based on incoming sales information
