We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the catering system supporting the daily operations of an international manufacturing enterprise in Debrecen with over 5,000 employees. The role involves strategic and operational management of the entire system, developing service processes, and supporting and leading a team of nearly 110 people.
Tasks
- Full-scale strategic management and development of catering units operating at the site
- Maintaining partnerships with the client company's management, conducting regular consultations with HR, procurement, and facility management departments
- Professional and operational support for an organization of approximately 100-110 people
- Coordination and control of production, sales, and logistics processes
- Preparation and coordination of audits and inspections
- Budget planning and profit responsibility (P&L)
- Optimizing workforce and raw material utilization
- Defining, tracking KPIs, and regular reporting
- Supporting the implementation of new service concepts, developments, and digitalization solutions
- Leading sustainability and efficiency-enhancing projects

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in catering, hospitality, mass-feeding, or FMCG sectors
- Confidently lead large teams and middle managers
- Strong organizational and operational mindset
- Experience in budget planning and managing financial responsibilities
- Excellent communication and partner relationship management skills
- Ability to think at both strategic and operational levels
- Innovative and development-oriented mindset
- Confurtable communicating in Hungarian and business-fluent English and/or German
