We are hiring an Automation Supervisor in Szarvas to ensure seed plant machinery and equipment function properly, infrastructure remains operational, and energy targets are met.
Tasks
- Responsible for organizing and carrying out the maintenance and occasional repairs of production machines and equipment owned by the seed plant
- Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and documenting the daily work of colleagues working under direct supervision
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant's infrastructural systems and maintaining contact with service companies
- Responsible for the operation and continuous development of the company's energy system to ensure compliance and achieve energy objectives
- Responsible for preparing, organizing, and conducting energy audits within the plant
- Responsible for the implementation and operation of Safety Standards related to energy and electrical systems
- Responsible for cost planning based on annual energy consumption, monitoring consumption data, and system analysis
- Responsible for ensuring electrical safety, compliance with standards, and lightning protection requirements
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily work of the electrical team in Szarvas and maintenance system administration
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, working with a maintenance system
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Knowledge of the English language (communicative level, both spoken and written)
- Ability to handle materials weighing 5-20 kg, perform prolonged desk work, work in front of a screen, and walk for extended periods
- Strong organizational ability, leadership skills, maintaining teamwork, and accurate administration
