Our partner is one of the leading and dynamically developing companies in the vehicle fleet management sector in Hungary. To continuously improve service standards and operational efficiency, we are looking for a strategic, people-oriented Fleet Business Unit Manager to join their team. In this key position, your responsibility will be the full professional, strategic, and operational management of the fleet business unit.
Tasks
- Providing full professional, strategic, and operational leadership of the fleet business unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Supervising the efficient operation, optimal utilization, and cost-conscious management of the vehicle fleet
- Professional management, support, development, and regular feedback for team leaders and staff within the business unit
- Creating a motivating, constructive, and collaborative leadership atmosphere; enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Maintaining contact with key business partners, developing customer relationships, and guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Continuously improving service standards, operational efficiency, and business unit performance
- Working closely with company management, HR, and related departments to achieve shared organizational goals

Requirements
- At least secondary education
- Category B driving license
- Ability to make independent and responsible decisions
