Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic HR team operating at a high professional standard? Would you like to work on varied tasks and support different business areas and managers? The HR team at MOL Nyrt. is looking for a new colleague for the HR Business Partner position in Tiszaújváros.
Tasks
- You support the managers assigned to you as the primary HR contact and advisor.
- You cooperate with the Recruitment team to ensure efficient selection processes.
- You ensure that employment-related processes are implemented in compliance with regulations and on time.
- You support organizational changes and organizational development processes.
- You assist managers with HR cost planning, employee satisfaction improvement, performance and talent management.
- You apply corporate HR policies, systems, processes and tools.
- You coordinate the HR processes of the subsidiary you support in accordance with service agreements.
- You work closely with the HR Business Partner Support colleagues.

Requirements
- Higher education (college or university)
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional HR experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of Hungarian labor law regulations
- Category B driving license
- Confident MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage
