Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join its experienced international ServiceNow team. You will be responsible for implementing requirements and user stories in the ServiceNow platform while ensuring that best practices are applied.
Tasks
- Creating and implementing end to end solutions for customers, addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design, ServiceNow Technical Best Practices and Standards
- Defining and implementing technical solutions aligned with client's business problems
- Work on scoping complex service engagements typically involving multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements and making recommendations on proposed solutions
- Taking responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation
- Understanding business needs, regularly consulting with related stakeholders, business analysts
- Working with multiple complex systems on a wide range area, taking responsibility for interface/integration implementation tasks
- Supporting proposal and concept creation in IT migration and helping with transition projects
- Building a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leading them to adopt the best solution
- Carrying extensive technical/economical knowledge about the business area he/she is working on
