Geely Magyarország is seeking a Technical Expert to be based in Budapest. The role involves providing technical guidance and support for dealers, conducting vehicle and technical training, handling key customer technical complaints, and coordinating with the global after-sales team to align technical standards.
Tasks
- Provide technical guidance and support for dealers and service centers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Responsible for providing vehicle and technical training to dealer after-sales staff.
- Handle key customer technical complaints and appeals, coordinate internal resources.
- Summarize common technical problems, establish and update the technical knowledge base.
- Evaluate and optimize the regional after-sales technical support process.
- Coordinate with the global after-sales team to align technical standards.
- Monitor the implementation of technical service standards, conduct regular inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.
- At least 5 years of working experience in automotive after-sales technical support.
- At least 3 years of team management experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in European markets or Sino-foreign joint ventures/overseas subsidiaries preferred.
- Familiar with the technical structure and maintenance process of passenger cars (EV and fuel vehicles).
- Rich experience in solving complex technical problems.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian.
