Tasks
- Managing the company's complete financial and economic operations, developing and implementing the financial strategy
- Coordinating financial planning, budgeting, annual and quarterly forecasts; continuous monitoring of business results
- Professional development of the finance team, strengthening initiative, responsibility, and a mindset of continuous improvement
- Supervising business processes: accounting, controlling, treasury, cash flow management, reporting
- Developing and optimizing economic and financial systems aimed at increasing operational efficiency
- Supporting top management in making informed, data-driven business decisions; actively participating in strategic projects
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing for audits, liaising with auditors, authorities, and financial partners
- Leading, developing, and motivating the finance team; establishing a culture of modern, efficient operation
