BD is a global leader in medical technology. The purpose of the Production Associate role is to fully perform tasks related to manufacturing activities, maintain cleanliness in the area, and assist with basic machine operation and maintenance.
Tasks
- Compliance with and following established processes, SOPs, and rules
- Completing required training and working accordingly
- Adherence to the Employer's instructions and internal rules
- Cooperation with colleagues, behaving and working in accordance with the expectations and values set out in BD's code of ethics
- Accurate and timely execution of management's instructions
- Safe working, compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
- Product and material handling
- Performing in-process tests and checks
- Mastering and executing basic machine functions
- Proposing suggestions to improve process efficiency and quality
- Performing basic maintenance tasks
- Filling out documentation, managing electronic records
