We are a stable, established company and market leader in the fintech sector with over 10 years of history. We are looking for a fullstack developer who not only writes code, but also understands the business problem, takes solutions from idea to production, and takes responsibility for what they build.
Tasks
- As a mid-level developer, you independently drive entire features from understanding business needs to production.
- You work with React/TypeScript frontend, Java/Spring Boot APIs, and an SQL/NoSQL data layer.
- You perform code reviews and write unit and integration tests.
- As a senior, you work as the technical engine behind complex business problems and developments.
- You make architectural decisions, design and operate production-ready systems on AWS.
- You mentor the team and share knowledge.

Requirements
- Relevant higher education degree.
- 3+ years of production experience for mid-level, 6+ years for senior.
- Strong React/TypeScript or Java/Spring knowledge with a fullstack mindset.
- Experience in delivering full features from UI through API to the database.
- Familiarity with REST/OpenAPI, as well as SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD/GitOps environments.
- Testing mindset: unit and integration tests, code review, high quality standards.
- System-level and architectural thinking.
- Confident use of AI coding tools with critical engineering control.
- Openness to quickly learning new technologies.
