As a System Architect & Product Owner in Low Power Electrical Drives, you will drive the development of current and next-generation automotive electrical drive systems. In this role, you will combine technical leadership and system architecture responsibilities, guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams while shaping innovative solutions for automotive applications.
Tasks
- Acting as System Architect and Product Owner for automotive low-power electrical drive systems
- Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary engineering team (Software, Hardware and V&V) from a technical perspective
- Defining, prioritizing and tracking system-level activities while ensuring alignment with project goals
- Creating and maintaining system architectures, subsystem definitions and key interfaces across hardware, software and mechanics
- Evaluating technical concepts, selecting optimal solutions and driving architectural decisions
- Coordinating change management activities and supporting structured problem-solving processes
- Collaborating closely with Project Leaders, development teams and customers on technical topics and project execution
- Supporting customer acquisitions, feasibility studies and technical negotiations
- Driving system-level alignment across electrical, software and mechanical domains
- Supporting quality, risk management and continuous improvement activities, including FMEA and related engineering methodologies
- Contributing to platform development, product enhancements and cost optimization initiatives
