As a member of our store's sales team, your main task will be presenting and selling Yettel services and related products to incoming customers. We provide all the necessary support for you to do your job well; after joining, a 4-week mentoring and professional training program awaits you.
Tasks
- Presentation and sale of Yettel services and related products to incoming customers
- Assessment of customer needs
- Consultation tailored to customer needs
- Generating interest in additional beneficial and interesting products and services for them
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Documentation and administration in the right place and at the right time

Requirements
- you have a high school diploma
- you enjoy selling, helping others, and finding solutions to problems
- you present yourself well, inspire trust in people, and are credible and persuasive
- you are interested in technological innovations and mobile communication, and you handle the computer with confidence
- you communicate excellently both verbally and in writing
- you are resourceful in unexpected situations, but you are not afraid of monotonous work either
