Tasks
- Answering customer questions via phone or electronic channels
- Providing information regarding products, services, and orders
- Handling complaints and warranty issues in accordance with company policies
- Cooperating with various departments to resolve customer requests quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining an excellent customer experience during every interaction
