Eaton's Services team is accelerating the advancement of its service offerings and scaling plans to implement software solutions for customers worldwide. The Sales Support Representative (German speaker) is primarily responsible for supporting the sales of assigned services to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Promote and sell distributed services and products via phone or e-mail
- Responsible for generating and following up service quotations sent to our customers
- Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Proactively contacting customers based on generated Leads to increase service revenue
- Service maintenance contract management and upsell focus to capture new business opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably on electrical/IT/telecommunications
- German B2-C1 and fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of software applications and customization capabilities
- Technical sales aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Negotiation and consultative selling skills
