We are looking for an Area Manager for our market-leading corporate partner providing nationwide B2B catering services, who does not just maintain operations, but sets direction, develops, and delivers results. The region you will be responsible for includes several units in Budapest and three in rural areas (in Hajdú-Bihar and BAZ counties).
Tasks
- Full commercial, financial, and operational management of the network units under your responsibility
- Continuous development of services to achieve maximum satisfaction of the partner and guests
- Support and professional mentoring of unit managers; leadership pipeline development
- Maximizing regional performance (P&L responsibility, cost efficiency, and revenue growth)
- Elaboration of annual business and local budget plans, as well as their strict monitoring
- Full coordination of opening new units
- Close cooperation with other teams during tenders and contracting
- Enforcing maximum compliance with quality, hygiene (HACCP), and corporate standards
- Initiating and implementing efficiency-enhancing projects and developments to modernize daily operations

Requirements
- Higher education (with an economic, business, or hospitality focus)
- At least 5-7 years of proven professional experience in catering
- Experience gained in managing multi-unit networks (in restaurant, F&B, hotel, or a similar field)
- Professional dedication to gastronomy; interest in current trends in catering
- Leadership experience and a proactive, agile, transparent leadership personality
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Persuasive, assertive communication style and excellent negotiation technique
- Negotiation-capable, active English language skills
- "B" category driving license and willingness to regularly visit the assigned customer base
