Concentrix is looking for a German-speaking customer service representative for its Pécs team, even without experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Your work will be supported by modern AI tools that take routine tasks off your shoulders.
Tasks
- Handle customer requests and inquiries related to your area.
- Find solutions even when a situation is challenging.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and cooperative tone across various channels (phone and written).
- Forward complex inquiries to the relevant specialized department.
- Document customer communication in the database.
- Use modern tools that make your work even more efficient and effective.

Requirements
- Very good German language skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
- Excellent persuasion skills and empathy when handling customer communication.
- Working from our Pécs office is not an obstacle for you.
- You are a true team player and flexible regarding work scheduling.
- Confident computer skills.
- Using new tools and technologies comes naturally to you.
