The Schaeffler team in Debrecen is looking for a new colleague for the position of line leader. Tasks include supporting and monitoring company and plant standards, tracking output targets, and handling safety issues.
Tasks
- Supports and monitors the implementation of company and plant standards (e.g. ESD guidelines, technical cleanliness).
- Identifies immediate deviations from hourly output targets.
- Responsible for identifying and quarantining non-conforming materials.
- Executes the deviation management process if something is non-conforming.
- Together with the shift supervisor, defines critical anomalies.
- Posting mandatory KPIs on line information boards.
- Checks whether raw materials are available in the right quantity and at the right time.
- Line stop in case of safety issues.
