AutoZone is looking for a Supervisor / Manager in Tab to supervise general operations in all areas of the store, setting an example for the team and providing necessary guidance and feedback to employees under their charge.
Tasks
- Supervise general operations in all areas of the store, setting an example for the team.
- Provide necessary guidance and feedback to employees under their charge to coordinate proper adherence to store operational processes.
- Authorize damaged and non-damaged returns resulting from defective merchandise, incorrect recommendations, or catalog errors.
- Ensure all parts and products are in their assigned location in the store and physical inventory matches the system.
- Supervise store operational activities and ensure employees provide advice to customers.
- Identify the strengths and areas of opportunity of subordinate staff to assign corresponding tasks.
- Supervise that all employees daily comply with their work schedule and the established dress code.
- Review and analyze the Profit and Loss (P&L) report each period to detect areas of opportunity.
- Assign and follow up on tasks for area managers such as planogram assembly, merchandise placement, and cleaning.
- Supervise and ensure that employees use the safety equipment provided by AutoZone.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- One to two years of experience as a supervisor in a store, warehouse, or retail
