Bonafarm Csoport is looking for a colleague for the position of feeding manager in Beremend. The goal of the position is to implement the animal husbandry and feeding tasks defined in the annual production plan, manage feeding cost-effectively, and supervise inventory management.
Tasks
- Feed ordering, inventory management
- Data provision for purchase requisitions, inventory management, recording of waybills and piece-rate pay, maintenance administration, and paperwork
- Implementation of animal husbandry and feeding tasks defined in the annual production plan
- Cost-effective management of feeding
- Timely procurement or ordering of tools and materials necessary for feeding tasks in accordance with internal regulations
- Timely preparation of livestock change and feeding calculations and planning
- Monthly body condition scoring of the livestock and their monitoring
- Ordering weekly feed raw materials and diagnosing daily feed consumption
- Planning the consumption of annual feed stocks and ordering their production from the related sector accordingly
- Quality storage and conservation of bulky feeds
- Regular examination of the livestock's digestive parameters and feed quality
- Development of feeding and related technologies
- Cost-effective storage of bulky feeds in the proper phenophase with optimal dry matter content to achieve high nutrient content
- Supervision of the preparation and storage of bulky feeds in accordance with regulations
