Tasks
- Saving and organizing incoming invoices from financial e-mails.
- Entering invoice data into the SAP system to prepare for accounting.
- Checking material prices based on data recorded in the SAP system.
- Requesting approval from the procurement department if there is a discrepancy between the prices on the invoice and those recorded in the system.
- Processing and recording outgoing invoice data in an Excel spreadsheet based on MBMH payment notices.
- Filing, organizing, and scanning documents.
