We are looking for a Junior Quality Development Assistant for our partner to actively support TQM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in improving corporate performance and quality.
Tasks
- Collection, analysis, and reporting of TQM and performance data
- Tracking KPIs, development goals, and action plans
- Creating dashboards, management reports, and presentation materials
- Supporting TQM, Lean, and continuous improvement projects
- Coordinating Kaizen, 5S, PSP, and TIE initiatives
- Collecting and analyzing benchmarking data
- Tracking the status and results of development projects
- Supporting quality management and TQM training, as well as employee development programs
- Administration and tracking of the Kaizen and employee suggestion systems
- Documenting development results, savings, and best practices

Requirements
- You have an engineering degree – a quality management qualification is an advantage
- You have 2–4 years of experience in TQM, Lean, Business Excellence, or Quality
- You have an intermediate, active command of English
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You enjoy working with data and finding correlations
- You are proactive, systemic, and cooperative
- You are open to using AI tools
