We are looking for an Endurance Run Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and completion of endurance test campaigns. In this role, you will support the execution of international data collection and recording campaigns while working closely with internal project teams, logistics, purchasing, system integration teams, and external partners.
Tasks
- Test Campaign Planning and Coordination: Collect the necessary campaign inputs, plan activities, and monitor implementation progress;
- Resource and Cost Estimation: Assess the resources required and estimate costs, while coordinating related purchasing needs;
- Purchasing Process Support: Prepare purchase orders for external service providers;
- International Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain regular communication with internal project teams, logistics, purchasing, and system integration teams, as well as external partners, including TÜV organizations and external driver service providers;
- Progress Monitoring: Track campaign status, identify potential blockers and risks, and coordinate appropriate solutions;
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, document project results, and ensure relevant information is shared with stakeholders;
- Project Closure: Coordinate campaign closure, summarize key experiences, and support the implementation of lessons learned.
Requirements
- A BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical qualification;
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines;
- Creative thinking and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
- Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
- A process-oriented and quality-focused mindset;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
