We are looking for an experienced Cash & Bank Payment Supervisor for our international manufacturing partner, who will be responsible for managing a multi-site financial team and ensuring the smooth, accurate, and controlled operation of payment and banking processes.
Tasks
- Coordinating the daily operations of the Cash & Bank payment team, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Supporting the team during transition processes, cooperating with key professionals and other departments
- Supporting audits, preparing necessary reports and documentation
- Optimal distribution of team capacity and tasks, monitoring deadlines and KPIs
- Maintaining a stable and effective control environment, ensuring compliance (e.g., US GAAP, SOX guidelines)
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, continuous efficiency enhancement
- Close cooperation with other financial and support areas (e.g., AP, Treasury, IT)
- Maintaining contact with internal and external partners, handling more complex issues
- Keeping documentation up to date and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements
- Degree in economics or finance
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an SSC environment
- Proven leadership experience and team development capability
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Process improvement mindset (knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma is an advantage)
