Tasks

Field IT support and end-user device troubleshooting
Desktop/laptop/printer break-fix support
Hardware replacement and OEM/warranty coordination
Asset management, tagging, imaging, and GAMS-related activities
Depot and stock management
Smart Hands support for engineering/lab environments
Network, LAN/WAN and connectivity support
Conference room, AV, and VVIP support
Server room and network Smart Hands support
Local printer support
Incident and Service Request management
Vendor coordination and dispatch-site support
Cybersecurity and vulnerability-related on-site support
Knowledge Article, SOP, and site-specific documentation
VIP support and critical incident handling
