Tasks
- Operation and support of IT systems and services
- Resolution and troubleshooting of incidents and events using remote management tools
- Escalating tasks to a higher technical, vendor, or management level when necessary
- Complete and up-to-date administration of completed work (ticketing system, work orders, system documentation, and certificate of performance if necessary)
- Providing information on completed work, its results, and the expected next steps in the matter
- Participation in technical projects
- Participation in audits

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Windows Server operating systems
- Experience in operating Onprem infrastructure services and corporate systems based on Microsoft technologies
- Core technologies — MS Server (2016-2022), SCCM, AD, DNS, DHCP, Clustering
- Experience in operating backup systems — Veeam
- Experience in operating virtualization systems — HyperV, SCVMM
- Knowledge of monitoring systems — SCOM, Zabbix
- IT security knowledge (endpoint antivirus, patch management, firewall)
- Datacenter knowledge — server, storage, rack
- English language skills, at least at document reading level
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Precise and accurate work performance
