Our maintenance team at the Kecskemét plant is responsible for organizing and executing the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment required for the production of future Mercedes vehicles. We are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to manage the area belonging to the southern production unit and lead a team of 25.
Tasks
- Management and leadership of subordinate personnel in the body shop maintenance area
- Professional further training of subordinate employees
- Defining, measuring, and achieving goals and requirements
- Participation in the development of new maintenance concepts, their implementation and execution
- Compliance and enforcement of occupational safety and environmental regulations and requirements in the assigned area
- Execution of project tasks belonging to the assigned area
- Continuous improvement of the assigned area involving the staff and participation in future-oriented projects
- Rapid troubleshooting, identification and elimination of root causes
- Continuous monitoring of critical assets
