Tasks
- Overprinting envelopes on a special 4-color Winkler + Dünnebier (W+D) offset printing press
- Independent operation, setup, and running of the printing press
- Ensuring continuous and efficient production
- Optimal utilization of machine capacity
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving issues arising during production
- Performing basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Continuous quality control of color print jobs
- Ensuring proper print quality and color accuracy
- Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of production documentation
- Compliance with work instructions and quality standards

Requirements
- Relevant education as an offset printer, OR
- Preferably technical education and demonstrable practical experience in operating small, four-color offset printing presses
- Solid knowledge of offset printing technology and color printing processes
- Practical experience gained in operating offset printing presses
- High degree of independence and technical mindset
- Good problem-solving skills
- Accurate, productive, and responsible work performance
- Openness to independently learning new technologies and machine-specific knowledge
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule
- Reliable and responsible attitude
