Tasks
- you will assess the financial needs of retail and small business clients arriving by appointment
- you will explain financial solutions in customer-friendly language: account management, loans, investments, insurance
- you will introduce clients to the world of digital banking, informing and educating them
- you will conduct telephone coordination, handle incoming and outgoing calls
- you will contribute to the team's success, actively participating in sales and customer acquisition
