The Hofmatt is located above Lake Wohensee with a fantastic view of the Bernese and Fribourg Alps and belongs to the foundation of the same name. We offer a home to people in need of care and support. We are a modern care center with 80 places, a specialized living group for people with dementia and a day care center.
Tasks
- You support and coach the care team in the correct use of the interRAI LTCF system
- You share responsibility for quality assurance in the interRAI LTCF process
- You like people and have a warm and humorous attitude
- You are motivated to further develop our institution and are committed to professional care
- You are ready to work in direct care and take on daily responsibility there
- You take on primary nursing care for our residents

Requirements
