The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. As a Digital Campaign Expert - French speaking in the Digital Campaigns Chapter, you play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end orchestration of campaign content delivery across all channels and request types.
Tasks
- Drive the end-to-end orchestration of campaign and content delivery, across all channels and request types.
- Drive the conversations between global and local teams to reflect needs, insights and learnings and achieve consistent messaging across the organization.
- Mentor and assist delivery managers in solving operational issues and mitigating risks to ensure projects remain on track.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revise digital campaign content requests accordingly, and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Provide guidance and access to the right expertise for business teams in planning, executing, and optimizing their digital and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Empower affiliates to achieve their content goals while aligning with Roche's digital vision.
- Support affiliates with content demand planning topics and integrate local demand forecast inputs into Roche's global demand planning methodology.
