The IBS and Occupational Health and Safety team of MOL Nyrt. is looking for an occupational health and safety expert. Your tasks will include developing health promotion strategic goals, shaping the occupational health and safety field, and cooperating with other member companies of the MOL Group.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing the health promotion strategic goals of MOL Nyrt. and its domestic subsidiaries.
- You will actively shape the future of the occupational health and safety field.
- You will participate in supporting the HSE of our Innovative Business Units.
- You will play a strategic role in increasing the occupational health and safety performance of MOL Hungary.
- You will regularly collaborate with other member companies of the MOL Group in other countries, participate in cross-audits, and work on joint projects.

Requirements
- You have a higher education degree in occupational health and safety.
- You have good problem-solving skills, are solution-focused, and want and are able to devise and implement innovative ideas.
- You are able to quickly and comprehensively analyze a problem and then propose a solution with thorough professional rigor.
- People working in your organization and shaping the corporate culture are important to you.
- You speak English at an intermediate level.
- You have at least a category B driver's license.
