Our partner is an international consulting company that supports clients in implementing corporate digitization and artificial intelligence projects. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced professional who will actively contribute to creating innovative AI solutions not only as a developer, but also as a technical lead and mentor. In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in the design and development of enterprise-grade systems built on large language models (LLM), RAG, and agentic solutions, from concept to production.
Tasks
- Design, development, and implementation of LLM-based, RAG, and agentic systems
- Designing the technical architecture for Generative AI applications
- Independent leadership and delivery of complex AI solutions
- Developing scalable, enterprise-grade systems
- Collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing AI use cases
- Conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
- Setting up MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Tracking and applying the latest generative AI trends and technologies

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in developing generative AI, LLM, RAG, or agentic systems
- Confident Python development skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and OOP mindset
- Backend development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar technologies)
- Knowledge of microservice architectures
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Experience in establishing CI/CD and MLOps processes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, or similar)
- Experience with API integration and ETL processes
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
- Commitment to Clean Code and developing maintainable systems
- Experience in technical mentoring and stakeholder management
- Fluent English language skills
