As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a strategic and operational role in supporting our manufacturing organization in Zalaegerszeg. You will partner with plant director and managers to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Tasks
- Partner with business leaders to support the achievement of operational and organizational goals
- Provide coaching and guidance on people-related matters, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, development planning, and workforce planning
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support actions that enhance the employee experience
- Facilitate organizational changes and transformation projects
- Support labor relations activities and ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist roles
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
