We are looking for a Sales Representative who will support the growth of our Crop Science division in the designated territory by building and developing strong customer relationships. In this position, you will implement customer relationship strategies, support recommendations regarding Crop Science technologies, and contribute to generating customer demand. You will work closely with internal teams, market opinion leaders, and customers to maximize business results.
Tasks
- Identification and prioritization of key opinion leaders / customers within the squad
- Development of knowledge, data, and expertise relevant and valuable to customers
- Understanding customer needs / approaches and developing influencer job maps to ensure Crop Science's differentiated approach
- Development of interaction strategy and management cycle to foster strong customer relationships
- Ensuring alignment between customer recommendations and squad goals
- Identification and forecasting of customer trends
- Supporting the implementation of Side-by-side trials and data collection
- Reporting potential complaints regarding product efficacy / selectivity
- Submitting solution proposals to the squad in case of major product complaints
