Tasks
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with global and regional objectives
- Drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and process improvement initiatives
- Implement global sourcing and category strategies across the NEA cluster
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and sustainability requirements
- Provide market insights, risk assessments, and procurement analytics to support decision-making
- Lead and develop procurement teams across multiple countries while ensuring operational excellence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 7-10 years of procurement experience, including regional or multi-country leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category management
- Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Ariba
- Proven ability to work effectively in complex matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
