Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH has been a client and business partner of our company since 2019, and is fundamentally a key innovation and digitalization service provider of the DTAG group. We are looking for an ambitious experienced specialist fluent in English and German for the Hungarian team of this dynamically growing business unit. You will participate in building a centralized, enterprise-level LLM service that provides secure, reliable, and cost-effective access to Large Language Models for development teams and business applications.
Tasks
- You evaluate incoming AI use cases and help teams choose the appropriate LLM model
- You balance technical quality, security, compliance, availability, and costs
- You manage the LLM catalog: service requests, approvals, accesses, credentials, quotas, and onboarding processes
- You establish operational controls for monitoring, logging, security, and governance
- You develop transparent consumption and cost models, and prepare the automation of provisioning and reporting processes
- You ensure a fast and practical path to approved LLM access for employees
- You contribute to transforming manual workflows into standardized and automated services
Requirements
- Several years of experience in platform or cloud operations, software engineering, technical product management, or IT service management
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, APIs, authentication, observability, and production service operations
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions based on quality, security, compliance, reliability, and cost criteria
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- German language proficiency at least at B2 level
- English language proficiency at C1 level
