At Kyndryl, we run and reimagine mission-critical technology systems. We are seeking a Team Lead, HR Services to lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Operations Specialists delivering multi-country HR services across the EMEA region.
Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Operations Specialists delivering multi-country HR services across the EMEA region.
- Oversee daily workflow management, case handling, issue resolution, and performance support to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Build and maintain comprehensive, version-controlled process documentation (SOPs, DTPs) and establish robust backup/coverage models.
- Partner with regional HRBPs, Payroll, Mobility, Legal, and HRIT teams to harmonize and standardize HR processes across countries.
- Drive continuous process improvement, simplification, and automation in collaboration with Workday and HR digital transformation teams.

Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Services with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and service delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing operational projects within an HR Shared Services or multi-country environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
- Proven ability to organize, motivate, and coach a team while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset focused on process simplification and standardization.
