Tasks
- Performing up-selling, redirection, and/or customer needs assessment for all products sold in the Magyar Posta network
- Product sales satisfying customer needs, provided the appropriate authorization is held
- Fulfillment of assigned personal plan expectations
- Performance of client portfolio management tasks (portfolio building and maintenance)
- Performance of tasks related to clients' banking, investment, insurance, and housing savings portfolio
- Reception and proper forwarding of insurance claim reports
- Acceptance of cash payments
- Execution of cash-outs and deposits via bank card
- Acceptance of postal items
