OTC Analyst is responsible for the continuous support of the OTC team in their daily operations in the areas of Cash Application, Billing, Collection and Credit Management, and achieving their strategic initiatives.
Tasks
- Perform customer-related bank bookings (automatic/manual clearing, issue resolution, reporting)
- Handle invoicing (credit, debit, reversal, FI, SD for intercompany and third-party customers)
- Support reconciliation and remittance investigations
- Contact third-party customers via phone and email
- Execute dunning and statement procedures
- Manage dispute resolution and aged debt reporting
- Maintain collection files and ensure compliance with procedures
- Assess and maintain credit limits and risk categories
- Manage blocked orders and order releases
- Support month-end reporting (bad debt, insurance)
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Support KPI and CTQ reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Work closely with Master Data, Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Indirect Tax, and other teams
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Viatris

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1--3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP required; Six Sigma is an advantage
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented, precise, and able to multitask in an international environment
- Fluency in English and C1/C2 level Italian
- Ability to interpret complex business documents and prepare detailed reports
- Problem-solving skills with independent judgment
