Tasks
- Liaising with internal applicants and suppliers orally and in writing, in Hungarian and English.
- Tracking shipments, requesting missing order confirmations and documents, handling complaints.
- Requesting informative price quotes.
- Managing new supplier registration in SAP.
- Preparing KPI reports, generating other reports and summaries.
- Administration related to SAP orders.
- Processing low-value orders.
- Creating presentations, process flowcharts, and meeting summaries.

Requirements
- Active or passive full-time student status
- At least 20 hours of work per week
- Spoken and written English language skills (C1 level preferred)
- MS Excel experience (practice in generating summaries)
