To manage and develop our service activities, we are looking for an independent, decisive, and communicative Service Manager for our site in Kecskemét.
Tasks
- Directing, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the service department.
- Organizing the work of the 2-person service technician team, coordinating tasks and capacities.
- Scheduling and tracking maintenance, repair, and warranty work.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors; autonomously handling problematic situations.
- Searching for and selecting new subcontractors, and evaluating their performance.
- Coordinating service offers, calculations, and related documentation, in English when necessary.
- Developing service processes, improving efficiency and cost management.
- Preparing reports, statements, and service documentation.
- Cooperating with commercial, financial, and production areas.
- Periodically participating in international projects, partner visits, and trade exhibitions.

Requirements
- Technical education or strong technical affinity — an engineering degree is not required.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in management, coordination, or the service sector.
- Decisive, strong-willed, independent, and autonomous decision-maker.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset.
- Good stress tolerance, perseverance, and quick response.
- At least intermediate English proficiency, including technical English.
- User-level computer skills and basic Excel knowledge.
- Category B driver's license.
