Tasks
- Management and development of the manufacturing company's comprehensive quality assurance activities
- Professional and operational management of the quality team, employee development
- Operation and development of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Coordination of customer and internal audits, preparation for audits
- Handling customer complaints, root cause analysis and supervision of corrective actions
- Definition, tracking, and improvement of quality KPIs
- Initiation and support of continuous improvement projects
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, and corporate departments
- Regular reporting to local and international management

Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 5 years of relevant automotive quality experience
- Several years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of automotive quality methodologies
- Active, business-level English OR German language skills
