Tasks
- Management of the Treffpunkt mensch & arbeit in terms of content, personnel, and finances
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations with corresponding tasks in administration and public relations
- Support and further development of community projects at the center (community garden, cooking, neighborhood projects, etc.), spiritual and theological support for groups
- Pastoral care work in companies in the Linz-Land area (contact work with works council members, training workshop managers, etc.)
- Networking with church partners in the Traunerland parish as well as with socio-political and trade union actors, participation in regional committees of the ÖGB, leadership of the Labor and Social Justice Alliance

Requirements
- Theological and pedagogical qualification or training as a chaplain
- Experience in the working world and in pastoral care / employee ministry
- Management experience, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities
- Independent, structured working method, organizational talent, and confident use of digital tools
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Membership in the Catholic Church
