Professional support, coordination, and alignment of the tasks of the Data Management and Optimization Group to ensure that data, master data, processes, and development initiatives related to the operation of the National Services organization provide a unified, efficient, and data-driven operation.
Tasks
- Cross-functional coordination responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and developing cooperation between National Services, IT, Business Excellence, and other relevant organizational units.
- Coordinates cross-organizational technological, operational, and financial efficiency-improving initiatives.
- Represents the professional interests of the Data Management and Optimization Group in corporate-level projects and discussions.
- Manages stakeholder relationships related to his scope of duties and supports management decision-making preparation.
- Coordination of data management and optimization tasks
- Responsible for coordinating and aligning the professional tasks of the Data Management and Optimization Group.
- Supports the development of data management, operations development, and optimization solutions affecting the entire MOHU operation.
- Coordinates developments improving data quality, data consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Supports the development and introduction of the data-driven operational model.
- Supplier evaluation and service provider development responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and developing supplier evaluation and service provider performance management systems.
- Develops and improves the methodology for service provider performance measurement and the KPI system.
- Supports the preparation of data-driven supplier selection and service development decisions.
- Analyzes service provider performance and develops improvement proposals to increase operational and cost efficiency.
- Project and change management responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of data-driven operational development projects.
- Acts as a project manager or professional lead in cross-organizational development and transformation programs.
- Supports the introduction of organizational and operational changes and coordinates related tasks.
- Monitors the business performance of developments and ensures the sustainable operation of introduced solutions.
- Master data and data asset management responsibilities
- Responsible for the corporate compliance of master data, data structures, and business rules of National Services.
- Ensures the alignment of national service master data with MOHU's public service data model and data asset structure.
- Coordinates developments concerning master data and related organizational cooperation.
- Ensures the compliance of data structures and master data necessary for state data reporting obligations.

Requirements
- Higher education in an economic field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in data management, operations development, or project management
- Experience in coordinating cross-organizational developments
- Knowledge of data management and master data management
- Strategic thinking, result orientation, proactivity, initiative, cooperation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking
- High-level communication and analytical skills

- Intermediate English language skills
