Tasks
- Lead and develop your team, inspire sports advisors
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Creating joint individual and professional development plans, organizing meetings
- Ensure proper stock levels, set up the product range and shelf layout
- Prepare commercial plans, analyze results
- Coordinate daily staff operations in the store
- Manage goods receiving, stocking, checkout processes, and returns
- Actively communicate with senior management and other departments
- Deepen your knowledge of products in your sport, lead the team as an expert

Requirements
- At least a secondary education
- Previous experience in team management
- Confident and active English language skills
- Love sports and want to share it with others
- A true team player who values teammates' opinions
- Capable of making independent decisions for the success of your team and store
