Tasks
- Operational coordination of daily warehouse work, including material flow tasks and necessary maintenance activities.
- Scheduling the release of incoming raw materials required for production in accordance with manufacturing needs.
- Daily coordination and supervision of the arrival and unloading of tank trucks.
- Operation of acid, alkali, and solvent systems in the tank farm.
- Management of inventory stored in the external warehouse, organizing inbound and outbound shipments based on material requirements.
- Representing and presenting the warehouse area during customer and regulatory audits.
- Daily supervision, control, and enforcement of warehouse documentation obligations in accordance with current GMP and EHS expectations.
- Daily use of the local ERP system - keeping inventory up to date for the materials managed.
- Organizing and coordinating the annual raw material and product inventory.

Requirements
- Management experience in warehousing and logistics
- Ability to work independently, decision-making, consistency, precision
- Stress tolerance, sense of responsibility
- Confident knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
