At Adventum, we are a fast-growing real estate fund and asset management company dedicated to delivering exceptional returns for our investors through strategic asset management and innovative real estate solutions in the CEE region. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team to support entities that mainly own retail assets in Poland.
Tasks
- Controlling: Participate in regular closings, support budget preparation and contribute to process improvement.
- Analysis: Evaluate monthly reports and cash-flow plans and prepare other forecasts and information materials for these entities.
- Bank financing: Prepare reports and materials related to bank financing (e.g. recurring bank reports).
- Financial management: Manage selected contracts and financial transactions.
- Financial modelling: Build financial models and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
- Accounting and tax: Support the preparation of annual financial statements and the management of tax-related information flows.
