The future colleague's main task is to support, align, and continuously improve the development teams' use of AI, ensuring it delivers a real boost to daily work efficiency.
Tasks
- Assessment of development teams' AI-related needs and current processes
- Continuous monitoring of AI adoption and performance
- Development of connectors, integrations, and other technical solutions
- Customization of AI tools and assistants for specific teams and projects
- Alignment of AI skills, workflows, and best practices used by the teams
- Ensuring new employees acquire domain knowledge and subsequently build upon it when using AI
- Continuous tracking and testing of new AI technologies, models, and development tools
- Liaising with companies providing AI technologies and services
- Monitoring token and AI costs, as well as usage optimization
- Sourcing and introducing relevant AI training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing opportunities

Requirements
