We are looking for a creative and proactive specialist for their expanding communications team who will gladly participate in shaping the company's PR and communications activities and work on diverse projects in a dynamically developing, international yet family-friendly work environment.
Tasks
- Strategic planning and coordination of corporate internal communications
- Independent management of communication projects, coordination of multiple parallel tasks
- Active participation in the planning and implementation of PR campaigns
- Organization and execution of corporate events, team-building activities, and other communication initiatives
- Managing the company's LinkedIn presence, from content planning and post creation to managing social interactions
- Independent coordination and implementation of CSR projects
- Maintaining contact with local and key external partners, as well as relevant stakeholders
- Proactive proposals on communication topics, formulating new ideas and initiatives
- Professional support for the Head of Communications, daily collaboration and coordination

Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications
- Confident experience in internal communications
- Experience in planning and implementing PR and communications campaigns
- Project management mindset, good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, agile, and practical approach
- Confident digital and social media skills, especially regarding LinkedIn
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Determined, independent personality who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment
